Jackie fell into Talent Acquisition by chance. Pivoting from social work, she started her TA career recruiting highly technical, highly cleared positions for small Government contractors. More recently she moved into the Consumer Packaged Goods industry where she has helped build out the internal TA function for men's grooming powerhouse MANSCAPED. Her expertise lies in helping small companies grow their talent capabilities while staying true to three core fundamentals: 1) Providing transparency in the hiring process, 2) Using impactful, intentional data to drive business decisions, and 3) Leaning in to humor at every opportunity.
