Jenny will share examples of tactical recruitment campaigns and innovative ideas that have proven successful in helping organizations with old-school work environments find talent. She will also discuss ways to start the process of updating your company’s employment branding.
At Randstad Sourceright, Jenny is instrumental in driving the internal and external employment brand and social media strategies that set the company and its clients apart as employers of choice. In her role, she is dedicated to ensuring that Randstad Sourceright’s RPO solutions maximize the environment in which clients interact with talent, including prospective candidates and employees alike. She is also responsible for driving innovation to ensure that RPO solutions support the alignment of the employer brand with the needs and expectations of potential candidates.
Previously, Jenny was the Social Media manager for Waste Management where she was responsible for all internal and external communication strategies and tactics over of the company’s multiple social media platforms, including marketing, customer experience, and talent acquisition. Earlier in her career, Jenny was director of Social Strategy at Bernard Hodes Group. There she developed effective solutions to help organizations leverage digital tools to enhance their brands and gain a competitive recruiting advantage. During her tenure, she also served as the vice president of Social Media for the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) Atlanta chapter.
Consistently ranked as one of LinkedIn’s top ten most connected women, Jenny’s professional strategies are heavily rooted in the value of networking. A sought-after industry expert, she has delivered invaluable insight on social media strategies for recruiting at SXSW, mRecruitingcamp, SHRM Talent Management and Leadership Conferences, and the Recruiting Innovation Summit held at Facebook headquarters.
